Standoffish

It had been on my mind ever since I last saw you. I even had the perfect outfit for the occasion. And evidently, there it was--the tiny smile of delight when both streams flowed into one without much effort.
But then the standoffish quiet bit.
Why do I feel lonely around you already? A frail artery was torn in two, and generic pre-dissappointment towards every person, animal or thing seeps through the coloured stripes of what should have been the tent for my childhood kyte-flying hours. A certain cynicism that will not allow us to cross that border. Even if I do call you tomorrow as you asked me to without asking.

Me dio hueva encontrarlo.

Je suis malade

Yes I've been writing a lot of titles in French. That's because I'm trying to learn French by exposition to song lyrics and reading certain blogs and méta-romans even though I can't understand all the words. I think it's acually a legitimate learning method called Constructivism or something like that. And it's cheaper than paying for lessons.
So, what's it like to wake up at 11:00, chat on msn for three hours, have a shower and go back to bed, and then finally get up at 17:37?
I always feel drowsy lately. I know I'm only being evasive. I know why I don't get things done.
I feel numb.
I'm supposed to text Carlos Icaza today to see where they're at, and go out with everyone and have a good time, but I know I probably won't. And that sucks because I really enjoy talking to these people, being around them. It energizes me so. But maybe that's precisely what I don't want. Maybe I want to suis être malade.
No food yet today, so I'm going out to buy some brocoli and quick-to-cook turkey in an attempt to finally have a decent meal.
Maybe I'll even buy a nice flan and imagine it tastes remotely like crème brûlée.

You scored as Male. Being mostly male, within your structures of thinking simply means that your reasoning powers are the way they are perceived in Western Culture higher than the one of the opposite sex. Psychoanalsis claims this to come at the price of creative expression - a rational thinker can not think out of the box it is claimed. Yet, many creative Minds were men.
